Gynecomastia is swelling or growth of male breast tissue, caused by a hormonal imbalance.   This condition can be genetic, or caused by ingestion of certain nutritional supplements, excessive marijuana use, and some medical conditions.  The swollen tissue is sometimes very tender.

This tissue needs to be surgically excised, and cannot be treated with Liposuction.  Breast tissue is much more fibrous than fatty tissue.
